Environmental policy
We work with a fully end-to-end carbon neutral printing partner, so all prints and framed artworks (and their delivery) are certified carbon neutral.
All papers and wood-based materials are sourced from Forestry Stewardship Council certified sustainable sources. Packaging materials have been carefully selected to reduce the impact on the environment whilst still ensuring your artwork gets to you in perfect condition. Plastics are kept to a minimum and all packaging materials are sustainably sourced, being a mixture of recycled, recyclable or biodegradable materials.
Shipping
We provide fast-tracked global shipping for all prints and framed artworks to almost every country in the world. Should your address not be accepted at checkout, please contact us and we will try to find a solution.
Orders are dispatched within 3-5 days working days. Thereafter, they should arrive within 1 to 4 days to the UK or Europe, in 2 to 5 days to North America and 5 to 7 days for Australia/New Zealand. Other destinations may vary - please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You will receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch. All shipments are made using the most efficient and cost effective shipping route, via Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, DHL, TNT or UPS.
Returns on damaged or lost artwork
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged artwork, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures of the damage. Once confirmed, we will endeavour to replace the edition, free of cost.
In the event that we are unable to replace the edition, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (where applicable).
Customs
We have duty free delivery to the US, UK and EU.
Customers in other countries may have to pay a Customs clearance fee as required by your port of delivery.

Shipping and Returns Policy- Originals and Studies
Shipping
Paintings are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day) or similar professional carrier. All orders should be dispatched within ten working days of receipt of your order and should be received by you within 14 working days. If you do not receive your painting within this time please do not hesitate to contact me.
I welcome orders from several overseas addresses for original paintings and drawings. If you can’t see your country as an option at checkout, please feel free to email me and I will be able to get you a quote. Any payment will have to clear before any artwork is shipped. Local import duties may be payable to the relevant authorities before delivery can be made. You, as the buyer are responsible for paying any such duties and they are not included in the delivery charges.
Due to the new General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), I am no longer able to sell my artwork to countries in the EU. While I understand the importance of these regulations, the compliance requirements are unfortunately beyond what I can manage as an independent artist.
I deeply appreciate the support I’ve received from EU customers over the years. Sharing my work with you has been an honor, and this change is not one I take lightly. I hope that in the future, I can find a way to bring my art back to EU audiences. Thank you for your understanding and for being part of this journey.
All artwork is fully insured whilst in transit.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be delighted with your purchase - Buying art online needn't be scary. The photos of paintings are not enhanced, and people always comment that Tina's paintings look far lovelier in real life than they ever do on a screen. However, if you receive a painting and are not 100% happy with it, you can return it in perfect condition and in it’s original packaging within fourteen days of receipt of the painting to receive a full refund.
If it is damaged in transit, please email or telephone us first and you will receive a full refund upon my receipt of the returned Painting in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for any return postage expenses. Please note that I cannot be held responsible for losses in the postal system and therefore recommend you obtain proof of postage and your own insurance.
